Sony recently announced "Cross Buy", which basically means when you buy a Playstation 3 game, you'll get the PS Vita version for free. So far Sony listed PlayStation All-Stars, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, and Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault as Cross Buy games. Since Need for Speed Most Wanted will be available for both platforms, IGN reached out to EA what they think about the Cross Buy program: “We’re taking it under consideration, but we have no specific plans to announce at this time.”, said an EA spokesperson.
