Gamespot has posted that EA has announced the next NFS-title, right after MCO is going in its final week: Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2! There will be many different cars like Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini. There will be 12 different tracks and intelligent cops! "A variety of environmental elements, including river crossings, waterfalls, beach surf, dusty paths, and brush fires, are in the driver's path. Also impeding the player's progress are overeager police officers and traffic. Electronic Arts promises advanced AI in the game--the cops will have their own individual driving preferences and arrest patterns." But NFS6 HP 2 is only made for the Playstation 2.
