 As it seems it will never stop. Once again Electronic Arts Germany has updated their release dates and after them the game Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 will be released on the 5th April 2002.
Motor City Online will be released, as planned, at the 1st May 2002 in Europe.

| NFS 6: New movie |

 The french online game magazine Playscope has published another (the second one so far) movie about Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2.
Because of the very slow connection to playscope I also have uploaded the movie on our faster server. To play it, you'll need the Quicktime Player.
In the movie you can see some different cars driving but sometimes the movie is very dark. But who wants to know more about NFS 6, should download this 4.8 MB big file. :)

The already well-known tool Dirty Harry PU has been released in its latest version 1.202. With this tool you can see easily which car the drivers of a race have chosen, and if they have used a cheated car. Also the tuning-settings are viewable.

As you can read at motorcityonline.com the January Update will be have many new cahnges. All changes will be made directly on the server, so that you don't have to download anything:
- Approximately 500 different parts will be added to both Sparky T's Parts Auction House and Parts Catalog. There are new parts for nearly every part type and every engine block family. Big Engine Blocks will have the most parts.
- New Time Trials settings for Sponsored Trials and Unrestricted Open Trials. Class Limited Open Trials will remain unaffected.
- All 1964 Mustang should appear as 1965 Mustang to reflect proper naming for this car. No Mustangs were created in 1964. ;)

 Today there is quite much news about Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2:
1) IGN has posted an article about NFS HP 2 where you can see a car-list, which cars may be available at NFS HP 2, and a picture of the box.

2) I have overworked the preview about NFS HP 2, so that the releasedate (4.4.2002) now is right, and I have repaired and added some small things. And I have uploaded the whole car-list from IGN.

| 2 new Addon-Cars |

 After a long pause here are 2 new Addon-Cars for NFS Porsche. The first one is the Porsche GT 3 Rabbit, which has new textures and a fast performance, and the second one is the Porsche GT 3 Viper Edition, which has new viper-textures and a better, but not so extremely fast performance.

| NFS HP 2: First Movie! |

 At Gamespot has posted the first movie about Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. There you can see for 30 seconds a race in the wood and rocks. Also the reflections on the road are nice to see. :)
