After a long downtime and problems with the server, bobyx the webmaster of NFSUnlimited decided to change the server, and now the site is completely back online on the new server. Unfortunately some files are lost, but there are still many files in the database:
- NFSPU cars: 315 items
- NFSPU tracks 30 items
- NFS4 cars: 559 items
- NFS4 tracks: 46 items

| NFS 6: New Screenshots |

 Our affiliate ND4SPDWorld made some new pics of the Gamecube Pre-Alpha Version of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. The 83 new screenshots all are quite small, but therefore they contain scenes which had never been shown before, like the menues or the showcases!

 Once again our affiliate ND4SPDWorld published today 2 new movies of the Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 Pre-Alpha Version. Both have a really good quality and both show the "Be the Cop" - mode, where ASyjM tries to catch some enemies.

| NFS 6: Third Gamecube Movie |

 Our affiliate ND4SPDWorld released once again a new movie of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. This one is the third movie of the Gamecube Alpha verion and it show a Ford TS 50, chased by the police. Unfortunately it is 19 MB big, but therefore it is 2 minutes long and it has a good quality.

 IGN and our affiliate ND4SPDWorld have released two movies each.
Those from IGN were made at the ECTS in London, and honestly they are not very good, because you can only see a blurred movie with a strange sound.
ND4SPDWorld whereas could test the early Alpha-Version of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2, and in both two big movies you can see the Hot Pursuit Mode and the new mode "Be the Cop"!

 At the Gamesconvention in Germany Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 has been presented the last week. We talked with Product Manager Hans-Joerg Brand of Electronic Arts Germany and could test the game ourselves. Unfortunately he says that there won't be an editor and he talks about the system requirements.

It's no joke! The Official Playstation 2 Magazine (UK) packed the demoversion of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 in their latest issue September 02!
Unfortunately I have no possibility to get this magazine, but it is a conspicuous sign that the Playstation2 version is already high developed. Let's hope the other versions will be as good as the PS2 version.

Recently the official Nintendo Gamecube Website uploaded 6 new screenshots of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2. Unfortunately they are quite small, but nevertheless you can see the many graphic details the game will contain.
