  The Blacklist Tournament in Atlanta will be on this weekend and unfortunately there are no more signups possible.
But in Florida will be the next Blacklist Tournament, where you can play Need for Speed Most Wanted. Hot news: The tournament in Florida will be played on Xbox 360!
So, if you are on 8th October somewhere near Florida you should definitely sign up now! :)

| NFSMW: Developer Interview with Justin Wiebe |

 On the official website of Need for Speed Most Wanted you now can find an interesting developer interview with Justin Wiebe, the Associate Producer of Need for Speed Most Wanted.
He speaks about the city Rockport in NFSMW, the differences to NFS Underground and much more.
"We found the open world in Underground 2 was a great transition for the Need for Speed franchise. However, the world still felt static, and there really wasn't enough to do between races. That's been one of our primary focus points for this year "queue the cops". With the introduction of the cops in Most Wanted we now bring new meaning into the open world by introducing strategic cop evasion. We really worked hard to capture that Hollywood feeling of being in an epic cop chase."
Regarding the damage model he says the following:
"On one side the hard core gamer wants damage and they want it to be as realistic as possible, to the point where it actually impacts the way the car handles. The casual gamer wants to drive as fast as they can and use the walls to ricochet around corners and smash into the odd traffic car without consequence. What we do is take a concept like that and try to find a middle ground to keep both sides of the fence happy. Need for Speed is not a simulation based racing game, although it's also not a pure arcade racer either."
Interestingly enough you'll also find Justin in the game itself - or as an character orientated by him: Taz. Why? Better read yourself. ;)

| NFSU3: Is Need for Speed Underground 3 coming? |

PSM, the US Playstation Magazine, has unveiled some games which may be released for the PS3. Believe it or not, the list also contains Need for Speed Underground 3!
There is no further information yet, but this might become interesting...

 As you may know, there is a hidden car in the Need for Speed Most Wanted Demo (PS2, Xbox). To be more detailed: it's a Porsche Cayman S! (look at the picture)

In the current issue of the magazine EGM there is a picture of Need for Speed Most Wanted, which shows a Lamborghini Gallardo and a Dodge Viper! Both cars have been added to the carlist.
Due to legal reasons we cannot publish a magazine scan, sorry.
