The EA community manager "Smoothie" is back from his vacation and gives us some new infos:

- LAN support is still being investigated so it's not dead in the water at present. It's something we're still trying to push through as we understand its importance presently as well as it being crucial in what I'll nickname NFS8.

- Yes, there is one, please don't ask about it yet as I can't say a thing. Just that it'll give you more of what you like already. Conceptually, it's really unique and not like anything I can recall seeing before. But I may just need to get out more.

Lastly, I was able to get my hands on some "Dev Team" Underground T-shirts so we'll be doing a contest to give some away in the next couple weeks as well. We'll start off small with something like a Wallpaper Contest, then up the ante from here. I call these the Dev shirts because these are the same that went to the developers who worked on the game, so no one else in the world has them.
