DVD Drive - 8 SPEED
Video Card: 64 MB*
Sound Card - DirectX 9.0c compatible
DirectX - Version 9.0c
Online Multiplayer: 512 Kbps or faster; 2-8 Players
Input - Keyboard, Mouse
Optional: USB Steering Wheel / Dual Analogue Gamepad
*Supported chipsets: NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti-4200 or greater (GeForce MX series not supported); ATI Radeon 8500 or greater. Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported. DirectX 9.0c is included on this disc and may require the latest drivers for your video and sound card. Notice: This game contains technology intended to prevent copying that may conflict with some DVD-ROM, DVD-RW and virtual drives.

Hi Crew!
I'm brazilian, then sorry for the errors.
I'm a veteran in NFS Series for Playstation 1, but i'm a rookie in the NFS Underground Series, and in hardware too.
My question: the SAPHIRE RADEON 9550SE is best than the 8500? An the VGA PCI EXP. 512 NVIDIA GF7300LE (128) is more best the others two? And of course, all these are compatible with NFS Carbon?

i have 512 mg video card ATI BUT NFS C dont warks so good when i turn on shadow dateil it was very slow but when i turn of it is very dark

I dont know from wich country are you all? But i am from Bulgaria and here we have the most powerful PC and SyS you ever seen ! " f**K OFF MAN.....you have a P1 for me ....so you better shut up with your "best" system.As you can see I told you all even my keyboard....all these because this guy thinks if he's bulgarian and it has a "p1" configuration is the coolest...it's not the way you should think man.

NFS:Carbon runs perfect on my pc ...no problems....What's my PC configuration?

If I say NFS Carbon won't play on my system...and any game that has the "high-end" needed configuration...and any OS or software at full speed I would be a FOUL.

I got Intel P3 667 mhz 384 ram in DIMM Radeon 9200 63 mb DDR and i play nfc carbon with litle problems when i start the street wars 
Sometime i got accelerator restart and i must reebot my system :/ no other problems =]

ATI Mobility Radeon Compatibility
I have bought NFS Carbon and installed it in my laptop. The installation run smoothly. However, when I run the game, it goes blue screen saying that the application doesn't support my video card and automatically reboots.
What I do is I downloaded a driver update for my video adapter and installed it to my laptop. When I launch the game, it ran very smoothly wiht all details set to HIGH except shader - medium.
If you guys have the same problem with ATI Mobility Radeon X1600, install an update for your grapix card.
WARNING: before installing a driver update, be sure that the driver is compatible with your hardware. There is a different driver update for ATI Mobility Radeon for each laptop manufacturer!(mine is acer). If you are unsure with the updates you have, create a system restore point so if somethong bad happens, you can hop back.
My laptop
Intel Centrino DUO 1.6 mhz 2MB l2 Cache
1.0 Gb of RAM DD2
ATI Mobility Radeon 512 MB
