AMD released Catalyst v10.12, the driver package for their graphic cards. Apart from the new user interface, OpenGL 4.1 and the hardware acceleration for DivX-Videos, the release notes contain also a bugfix for Need for Speed Shift: Need for Speed Shift no longer displays random corruption during game play if 2 races are played consecutively without exiting the game. Unfortunately the release notes don't mention anything about the crash in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, when overwriting the Antialiasing settings in the control center. Criterion said in their announcement of the next PC-Patch, that this bug should be fixed with Catalyst v10.12. AMD Catalyst Download AMD Catalyst 10.12 Release Notes
