Patch for V1.3

If i install the pacth and make my game v1.3, will all my previous savegamees and trainers fo v1.2 still work

help , i update to 1.3.0 but it ask me for cd and i didnt find a no cd exe. for 1.3.0 , can any1 send me link to it to my email , or upload on this site a NO CD exe for 1.3.0 , thank you , very good site
