Tuokool wrote a tutorial how to create and install your own decals for Need for Speed Most Wanted. It shows how to use anything from plain white to coloured photos for your decals. I very want to make my own decals or vinyls,to bad I didn't have the tool.

I've been making own decails for WM for a while now, but this tutorial also clears up a couple of things for me. Thanks
