There is anew version of the NFS Carbon Unlocker from Gnagna2000. Now you can unlock all Reward Cards, including the one which gives you the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. In the normal case you should race with an EA Moderator to forfill this quest, but recently EA admitted that this is not possible:
