According to the newsticker on the official website of Need for Speed ProStreet the PC demo should be released on Friday, November 2nd 2007. The Xbox 360 demo is already available at the Xbox Live Marketplace. As soon as the PC demo is released, you'll get to know here. Well now the Prostreet folder has just been added:

Maybe its coming out around 8:30PM Eastern Time.

What do you mean 10 minutes? To my understanding it will be like every demo before just a couple of tracks and cars and you can race... as long as you want to lol.
