The official Playstation Blog posted some new details about the upcoming Playstation Move Racing Wheel. Of course you can use the wheel to control the car, but the Playststion Move controller will support you by changing the color. When cruising through the streets it'll glow green, but once you get the attention from the cops, it flashes red and blue. When you hinde in a CoolDown spot it will glow blue.
