There are some new rumours about the next Need for Speed, the eleventh part of the Need for Speed series. It should have the name NFS: Pro Street and will contain a complete new graphics engine to fit the standards of todays systems, instead of a modernized old engine. Furthermore, the it will get rid of the superfluous film of arcade and the Autosculpt-System of Need for Speed Carbon will be finalized and improved. The new Need for Speed (NFS Pro Street) is expected the be announced at the E3 2007 (Electronic Entertainment Expo), which takes play in May this year in Los Angeles. NFS-Zone.net (Quelle)

@Python: absolutely not... in fact, i love imports... i hate american muscle... it's just the fact that ea allows people to rice the imports is just ridiculous. that's all

well... at least it's not called rice street. lol but the fact that they're releasing a preview in may of this year is ridiculous! they already rushed carbon and there have been so many glitches. now in three months time, they're going to have a preview? ea... take a break. or preview something at e3 07 then release a more improved and finalized version in 08. i can't bare to see what nfsps is going to be if they release it in nov. if they do, it better be a game that's worth playing

This morning we have advise you about new nfs non-oficial title - NFS: Pro street. We have contacted EA employee, who had disonfirmed this information. - exactly he said "This title for new NFS is very improbable - in my opinion - that's bullshit"
