Auf der offiziellen Seite zu Motor City Online wurde ein Interview veröffentlicht, in dem BigBen den EA Mitarbeiter Cadillac interviewt. Cadillac arbeitet bei EA im Support-Bereich, und ist - entgegen anderen EA Mitarbeitern - auch sehr oft in den Foren der englischen NFS und MCOCommunity anzutreffen, und hat somit auch guten Kontakt zu den Spielern. In dem Interview spricht er darüber, was er so tut, wie das MCO Team arbeitet, über Bugs und wie Spieler helfen können, sowie ein paar statistischen Zahlen. Auszug: "A recent thread started by a player on the boards that asked about what percent racer, collector, or mechanic are you was started. It showed me that there were a lot more collectors and mechanic than racers out there. I was pleasantly surprised by these results."
