| NFS UC: Possible Teaser |

 A possible teaser video of Need for Speed Undercover showed up. The following video shows some racing scenes and a criminal story, which could fit into the schema of NFS Undercover. Also the releasedate November 18th 2008 sounds plausible, since the latest NFS games always were released at the end of November.
The video also shows the link to the website of  Whichroadtotake.com. This website contains only a video from a surveilance camera recording an interrogation room.

| Need for Speed: the Movie? |

 Electronic Arts announced a deal with the United Talent Agency (UTA), the leading Hollywood talent and literary agency. The UTA should help EA to develop and create lage-budget motion pictures and television series based on EA's portfolio, as for example Need for Speed, Army of Two, Dead Space and Mirror's Edge.
EA already has some projects in development, like a feature version of the popular The Sims, a MySims animated television series and an animated DVD feature version of its new title Dead Space to launch with the game.
We will see if we can see a Need for Speed Movie in the cinemas, or a NFS television series some time. First steps in the movie industry were already made with last year's documentary 'Birth of ProStreet', a Making-Of Need for Speed ProStreet.

| NFS UC: Cover Contest |

Our affiliate NFSCars is preparing for the upcoming Need for Speed Undercover and set up a Cover Contest! Everyone is in invited to participate, you just have to design a fictional cover for the new Need for Speed game.
Rules:
Feel free to use screenshots from any previous NFS title, pictures of real or imaginary cars, any fonts, original images and program you want! It's up to you, so have at it!
- The final image size is to be 500x750 pixels
- The final image is to be .JPG format.
- Only One Entry Per User is allowed, if you enter more than once, only your first submission will be allowed.
- Contest ends August 20th, 2008.
- Entries should be submitted to me, Linkin, via PM.
All of the images will be saved until the voting or judging takes place, depending on the number of entries.
Be aware, posting your cover for anyone to see and you run the risk of someone stealing your ideas.
The winning entry and author will be displayed in a news announcement on the front page! (pending approval from Mike Geise).

| NFS Undercover for iPhone! |

There wasn't much news about the latest NFS title: Need for Speed Undercover, but at the EA press converence at the E3 in Los Angeles the game silently slipped in. The game hasn't been announced as you might expected, because NFS Undercover still can't be found in EA's E3 line-up. During EA's presentation of new games for the iPhone they noted the 3D-capabilities and announced among others Need for Speed Undercover for this innovative gaming platform "iPhone"!
Unfortunately there is no information at all, how the game will look like on the iPhone, not to mention when it will be release, but to bring the genre "racing" to the iPhone could be quite interesting..

| NFS PS: Autobahnring Exhibition Race Day |

 Another ProStreet Race Day will be held this weekend: the Autobahnring Exhibition! The Race Day starts on 7/12/2008 5:00:00 PM (PST) and ends on 7/14/2008 4:00:00 PM (PST). As the name already says, the races will take place on the Autobahnring.
Additionally you have the chance to get a Community Race Day 1 Achievement when participating at this Race Day.
The next Race Day is planned for July 26th to 28th, where you can grab the Community Race Day 2 Achievement.
