5.000 games at the E3

From May 12th until 14th the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Exposition) takes place in Los Angeles (LA Convention Center). The wordwide biggest Computer- and Videogameexposition celebrates its 10th annual.
According to the preview of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) there will be approximately 5.000 new games presented, and 1000 of them are new. 31% will be released for PC, 40% for consoles, 18% for cellular phones, 7% for Handhelds and 4% are pure online games.

Sorted by genres, the result is the following:

# Action- and Adventure-Games - 26,6 %
# Learning-Games - 15,8 %
# Sport- and Racing-Gamese - 12,5 %
# Kids- and Family-Games - 7,1 %
# Strategy-Games - 6,3 %
# Arcade-Games - 4,9 %
# Simulations - 3,7 %
# Other - 15,8 %

As far as we know Need for Speed Underground 2 will be also presented at the E3. As soon as there are new infos, you'll get them here.
