You always wanted to see the police, BMW M3 or the Camaro SS in your Garage? With a little bit modification this is no problem. Our german affiliate published a guide and the needed programs, but unfortunately it's in German. Maybe you'll find an english version here on NFS-Planet soon..
You have to modify a savegame with a Hex-Editor and then fix the checksum with a Savegame-Editor. Meanwhile there is also a simplier program called Car Replacer by Steffi240690, which allows you to change the cars by just choosing from a select-box. You have to fix the checksum too, though.
