NFS C: New infos about demo and carlist Saturday, 14.10.2006
NFS CarbonThe demo is not released yet, but we have some interesting information for you:

PC Demo: The demo is almost ready for release. There is no exact date given yet, but it'll be close to game ship

Carlist: Shortly IGN will publish some more cars which will be available in Need for Speed Carbon. You might want to take a look from time to time. ;)

Website: The official website is getting a redesign and should go live in around a week.

Q/A: EA took the feedback of the Xbox360 Demo to heart and is doing some Quality Assurance for the game:

We're looking to do a QA w/ the team on a couple other items that I also can't yet discuss, but it's been based around some of the hot topics here in the forums as well as around some of the feedback from the Xbox 360 demo. It's in the works, but not sure on timing.

Also looking to do a QA w/ our licensing group to address some of those burning questions about "why this car" or "why not that car".

Hope the official website will change by the end of this october. The carlist can't wait to see what cars will be appear in this game and the demo maybe in this week (15-21 oct) or next week (22-28 oct).
P.S.: This will be going to be a blast!

First of all, I am very sorry for this rant, but I just want to get this off my chest...

[rant]
People need to open their eyes.
Just think about what you say for a minute!

"the demo wil be out but no one will want it because the actual game will be out"
Well, do you know what the purpose of the DEMO is?
It is to make people buy the game after they tried the demo.
If demo won't be released and you will just buy the game - EA gets their money anyway.
So stop b!tching and crying, think about it from developer's/publisher's point of view for once.

"we should get priority over consoles not the other way round"
Well, damn. Game development is a BUSINESS, not a charity. They do not make games to make you happy, they make games to make money. You are living in such world, you just have to deal with it.
[/rant]
Cheers.

this is stupid at this rate the demo wil be out but no one will want it because the actual game will be out anyway once again every other console has there demo and the pc gets left in the dark again. If it wasn't for the pc anyway there would never be any consoles. we should get priority over consoles not the other way round

It's been ready for weeks... they just want to release it as "close to game ship" as possible. The same as MW demo imo.
