Yea
Unlikely that it will function properly, it might install and start but not run smoothly not even on the lowest settings. As for me I just want to play at the highest detail level so just hope its gonna do that. About the Radeon cards look online there is a good forum there they list nearly all the graphic cards in a list starting from the best to the worst....

Sorry mate it doesnt look like you'd be able to run it on that, yeah you should be worried for the cpu, mines 2.2 @ 3.51 performance, (so says benchmarks)
Need more ram
As for radeon i have no idea if higher or lower is better or badder lol, why cant it be simple like nvidia? lol 6,7,8 logical lol not..7,8,9,1.8 1.9 or w/e lol

Not Minimun
Ok after some digging around it doesnt look like these will be "minimum" as in things like the cpu speed. anyone seems to be going for about 2.2-2.8 so its hard to tell, dont worry people and remember even the demo wont give you an acurate display of "true" performance".
Still i will upgrade around xmas time.
