I got a logitech rumple pad 2, saw this thing next to in controls saying "on" but nothing happens there.
(and yes it is enabled on my controller lol)

In My Opinion
Game Play - Nice! i did't like the new system of NOS
In Speed Chalenge its hard to stear but is cool
Grafics - Pretty Cool and The Smoke Dam no coments
With My 2.66 Core 2 Duo, xfx 7900GS XXX Editon, 2gb DDR2 800MHz On max Grafics at 1680x1050 Its a bit Slow in certain Parts of the game But it's Playable 
on resume NICE GAME
I hope that the Carrer mode IN PS is Better than the f****** Carrer in Carbon

demo thoughts
Graphics are O.K. but is it just me or the car drives like a brick in s**t. Maybe its just too realistic because ive used to the old nfs cars handlings, then this is something new 4 me. Demo is O.K. but ill probably save my money for something else.

Demo analysis
Definitely not the greatest, beat it in 5 minutes.
Graphics: pretty good. Not the best, but most demos dont allow full graphics so here's hopin.
Controls: awesome, force feedback could use a little work (too weak). Also clutch doesnt work for some reason (using a G25, and yes I did set it in the controls). the cars seem to have a bit of understeer (dont turn hard enough), so they need a bit of overall tweaking there.
Gameplay: pretty good, damage is awesome, except when u flip ur car (no damage on top, but they've told us of that before the demo came). The frame doesnt crumple, just the body basically. The other drivers seem very passive, in the speed challenge I can whip right by them. no problem except going up the first hill.
Performance: I'm using an Athlon X2 3800+, 3GB DDR2 RAM, and a GeForce 8600 vanilla overclocked to 620/760/1350 (core/mem/shad). Everything maxed out at 1280x1024 runs at 15-20 fps. without world details (except shadows) I run 25-35. Definitely buying an 8800GT (whomps the GTS when overclocked. It's cheaper too!) for this game.
Overall opinion: not bad, still needs some tweaking. I would've liked a bit of customization at least with the two cars they provided us.

i think damage gets borng after about 20-30 crashes,cause after that you know how to make almost every part to fall of and you can alredy know what will happen

I've already downloaded it and I've even played. I have 2.13 GHz but it works and the graphics are good to. Very realistic damage. Pretty hard with the control, especially at high speed in Speed Chalange, but with a bit of practice it will be OK.

Hmm, after only 20 min downloads from filefront.
played the game.. good but some stuff i need to say.
1st the 3 assist mode are doing nothing.
2nd it's too easy to do the 2 damn modes they gave us
3rd with a Logitech G25 Wheel i still don't get the feeling of the car in game like i used with the other nfs games.
4th. My old Rig (amd XP 2800+ Barton with 1.2GB Ram and Windowx XP and ATI X700 256MB AGP) make the game a bit rought to play with decent gfx.
Bottom line:
Will probably be a good game but you definitively have to have the recommended or even better than what they say to run the game with decent gfx and good FPS.
Hell i really have to spend a few thousand on a new rig lol

The need for speed!
Downloading at a whopping 550kbps from filefront. Already 25% and I got home from work 5 minutes ago to start it (I started it before I left with the nfsplanet server but it stopped  ) a freaking 20 minute download baby! and to think I thought 175 kbps was fast... Too bad I cant download at my peak (5000kb) due to server limitations... but still! I definitely cant wait. 33% now!

lujja!
its a good idea but some silly ppl dont stops the downloading cause they want to get the file firts.. so if someone stops the download, nobody will stops the dl cause afraiding of the other ppl dont stops the dl
