NFS UC: EA integrates D-BOX Motion Code in PC-Version Wednesday, 12.11.2008
D-BoxD-BOX announced today it concluded a licensing agreement with EA Black Box, which allows EA to integrate the D-BOX Motion Code technology in the upcoming PC version of Need for Speed Undercover (PC).

D-BOX manufactures interactive TV- and gaming systems, which deliver direct response of the game to the player. For example you sit in a racing chair, have steering wheel and pedals in front of you and you're driving through the city of Need for Speed Undercover. The chair forwards interactively the actions from the game to the player - you should feel like being "in the game":

Imagine playing the most awesome racing games, feeling the bumps of  the terrain, the G forces in the bends, the engine revving and vibrating in full throttle, the jolts of shifting gears, drifting the Apex, slipping and skidding out of bends, crashing..._Intense.

In order to function D-BOX Motion Code technology has to be integrated in the game. You can watch a video of the D-BOX Gaming System in action here:
