NFS UC: Available at Steam

Valve recently announced that several EA games are available on its shopping platform Steam. Starting with Spore, Mass Effect, FIFA Manager 09, Crysis and Need for Speed Undercover the first EA games found its way into Steam - games like C&C Red Alert 3, Dead Space and Mirror's Edge will follow in January.

The good news is, that these games won't contain the much-discussed copy protection Securom, but of course the software is protected by Steam's own DRM.
