@ shocker: Are you sure there are two more games? Doesn't matter anyway, because it should end soon. I just hope Shift will be worth the money.

This depends...Porsche had many aspects of a sim racer and in the past years the NFS series tried to combine sim and arcade. Some games were more arcade, some more simulation (ProStreet). Now it's split - Shift is simulation, Nitro is arcade. If you don't like Shift, just grab Nitro...or World Online, if it makes its way to Europe (or wherever you live).

I think there are many people out there, who are happy with the direction NFS Shift is going.

@Shocker

Yeah you can judge a NFS series easily... NFS Pro Street wasn’t NFS really, due to its simulation feel to the game; NFS Porsche was well known to be an arcade game... so I wouldn't take NFS Porsche as an example. And NFS Shift clearly looks like it’s going to be a simulation based game again... which in the history of NFS I'm sorry to say is exactly not what we want.

@ @b0$$:
ProStreet was Need for Speed as well.
And NFS Porsche..don't judge the series by measuring everything on Underground.

@ whiteboy70176:
End? Don't see any end...you do know that two more NFS are coming this year?

Oh no...

*Sniff sniff* I smell... the end of the NFS series.

Seriously, though, I bet this will be the final game in the series. After all, I can't afford to keep buying each game every single year. Not that I hate NFS. I love it. Still...

This doesn't look like Need For Speed.I think it's gonna be similar to Pro Street
