As NFSCheats writes, the patch for this month is already available, and ready for download in the game. And EA has opened a thread "December Patch Feedback" on their boards, where you can give your feedback.

But the patch already causes some problems, for example the prizes in the dealership "Righteous Rides" are too small, so that some players can make many cash.
