For the first time we get to see some moving pictures from the upcoming online race game Need for Speed World Online: Two gameplay videos were uploaded on YouTube, both of them showing some scenes of the free roam mode.

Graphics are almost a mix between Burnout Paradise and the NFS MW-Carbon. The skid sound it's from ProStreet and it's as annoying as Carbon, when you just turned a lil bit the skid sound started :S

Anyways..it looks like TDU in some way but with the NFS style

Can't wait for this game. Finally, an NFS to actually be excited about! Palmont looks awsome at daytime. Wish they add Bayview, too. Hopefully the final game will have at least a very basic damage model and collision detection system. (Could also be a server setting, for players who prefer those turned off, or if their computers can't handle such features.) It's not Trackmania after all!
