NFS Carbon: ModTools v1.0 released!

As previously announced nfsu360 released his ModTools Package v1.0 for Need for Speed Carbon!

The NFS Carbon ModTools package is a toolkit for creating cars that are fully compatible with Need for Speed Carbon.
The toolkit contains the following programs:

- NFS:Carbon Geometry Compiler
- NFS:Carbon Texture Compiler
- NFS-CfgEd for NFS:Carbon
- NFS: Carbon Car Setup

So hopefully we can see many new cars for NFS Carbon! You can download the ModTools package on NFSCars.
