recently reported EA registered a pile of new domain names, of which one of them might be the name of the new Need for Speed game, scheduled for release at the end of 2010.

Criterion Games posted several mysterious cryptic twitter messages, as for example

this tweet:

Red Lining It.... (8:58 AM May 18th via web)

An hint to the name Need for Speed: Red Line? Or just a plain tweet without any real sense or background? The next tweet "All The Way And Making It Pay..." doesn't make things clearer...

What do you think? I guess we'll have to wait for the E3 in mid-June until we get more information.
