The car list of Need for Speed Hot Pursuit is as good as complete and the guys over at Forzacentral put up a list with all cars and their corresponding pictures.

To be honest, this isn't very much of a news, since it seems they just took the pictures from the official Need for Speed website, but I didn't want to skip this information. Choose for yourself, where you want to see the cars: ;)
