Release from MCO in Europe?

As you could already read at gamesweb.com, the release date of Motor City Online still isn't fixed. MCO even has been removed from the releaselist at electronicarts.de (thx to Flixxtoras), but the official releaselist says, that MCO in Europe won't be discontinued but it is not sure, when it'll come out...
