| NFS Most Wanted 2 in development? / Game leaked by BTGames |

The South African onlineshop BTGames recently leaked a new item Need for Speed Most Wanted 2 available for preorder!
Does this mean NFS Most Wanted 2, a successor of the beloved NFS Most Wanted is in development by EA? Nobody knows for sure yet, but BTGames created a new item Need for Speed Most Wanted 2, but unfortunately without any description, releasedate or launch platforms. The item isn't even online anymore, but of course the story brings up new rumours, also because BTGames leaked Dead Space 3 on the same day.
The onlineshop was also correct, when it leaked Jak & Daxter HD Collection ahead of Sony's official announcement, so we will see if it's just a mistake, or EA is indeed working on a NFS Most Wanted 2.

| Need for Speed Movie coming? |

 According to Variety Electronic Arts is pushing to bring the brand Need for Speed to the theatres and create a Need for Speed Movie! Writer John Gatins ("Real Steel") assembled a package whose script is currently being shopped around Hollywood.
Warner Bros., Sony and Paramount showed interest and are looking to offer low seven figures. Paramount is said to be a frontrunner, but other bids are still being considered. Only Universal stays out of the race, having already their own brand with "Fast and the Furios" whose sixth installment starts lensing later this year.

 A little later than planned, but we don't want to break our tradition so we're happy to announce that the annual easter egg search on NFS-Planet has started!
The easter bunny hid 20 easter eggs, just like the one you can see to your right.
Just browse through the site and if you can find at least 5 eggs, you get the chance to win one of the following prizes!
Whereever you find an easter egg, just click on it and it will be marked as "found". Of course you\'ll need a NFS-Planet account and you have to be logged in. Once you could find at least 5 eggs, you automatically participate in the raffle where you have the chance to win one of the following prizes:
- 5x NFS Fan Packages (NFS Hot Pursuit Mug, Shift 2 Unleashed T-Shirt, NFS Keychain)
