 This small practical tool, with which already in former times has been used to listen to and convert the music of Need for Speed, is now availabe in the version 1.32. Now this tool can play and convert the music of all (!) Need for Speed titles. Also the music format of Motor City Online is extractable. And for whom this isn't already enough, you can also create your own playlists!

| Selling MCO stuff @ Ebay is not allowed any more |

 Some players have sold their virtual cars, parts or money of Motor City Online at the auction site Ebay. Michael Waite now writes, that the team has watched the auctions with a mixture of amusement and concern. They were amused because it's cool to see in-game goods take on real-world value. But they're concerned because these transactions are happening in an environment where they have no control over the tools or policies. And since they can't control it, nor can they support it.
And because of that reason they made a new policy:
All activities taking place outside of the game environment (i.e., outside of Electronic Arts properties) are illegal, and will not be supported by the MCO staff. While we don't actively police eBay and similar sites, nor will we respond to player complaints that involve transactions made outside the MCO environment. Players who choose to use these sites do so at their own risk. All in-game items (cars, parts, cash, etc.) are the property of Electronic Arts, and the MCO managers reserve the right to remove these items from the inventory of any player who has broken MCO's Terms of Service… regardless of how much real-world money was paid on eBay. |

| NFS HP 2: 12 new Screenshots! |

 Electronic Arts Germany has released 12 completely new screenshots to the upcoming game Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 veröffentlicht! Strangewise their are looking a bit pixelated, which is not typical for the PS2, but better you take a look yourself.

 I added the new Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Coupé 3.6 (996) by Frans Bunschoten wich is a really great car. Additionally there is another one by David Schuster: the 914 Coupe Upgrade, which makes the Porsche 914 over 300 km/h fast.

As NFSCheats writes, the patch for this month is already available, and ready for download in the game. And EA has opened a thread "December Patch Feedback" on their boards, where you can give your feedback.

But the patch already causes some problems, for example the prizes in the dealership "Righteous Rides" are too small, so that some players can make many cash. |

| MCO: Happy Holidays |

 The team of Motor City Online wishes happy holidays and so every member at MCO gets a special textured car: a 32 Ford Coupe, 40 Ford Coupe or a 49 Mercury. The special edition cars are only available through this event, and they can't be purchased in the game, so they suggest to keep them, because the cars will become collector's items. ;)

There is another interview with Feechcreep aka Michael Waite, a developer of Motor City Online. Feechcreep discussed his background in game development, the history of Motor City Online as it moved from a single-player title (as Need For Speed: Motor City) to a massively multiplayer online game, to MCO's development and its future.
