| NFS PS: Screenshots of PSP-Version |

 Need for Speed ProStreet is already released on all major platforms - only the Playstation Portable (PSP) is still missing. Thhe handheld-version for the PSP will be in stores on February 21st and until then we can show you some new screenshots, of how the game will look like.
Not so long ago Assistant Producer Gregg McGillivray talked about  exclusive features, but we will see, when the game comes out. At least from earlier NFS titles we made the experience, that PSP-versions can differ quite much from its bigger brothers, also regarding the story.
We will see... :)

| THQ discontinues Juiced series |

 The game publisher THQ announced together with the updated guidance for its Q3 and Q4 its decision not to pursue the gaming series Juiced and Stuntman, as well as cancelling Frontlines: Fuel of War for PS3 and Destry All Humans!: Big Willy Unleashed for PS2. Additionally THQ closes the Concrete Games studio.
At times of Need for Speed Underground the game Juiced was a serious rival of the NFS series, but it never could really win recognition. THQ continued the Underground genre with last year's Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights, while EA went with ProStreet towards new horizons.

| NFS PS: Rogue Speed Under 300HP Raceday |

 Recently our Noisebomb Drift Opening Raceday has ended, but the event series goes on. This time our rival org Rogue Speed (from NFSAddons.com) created a Rogue Speed Under 300HP Race Day - a Drag Race Day, where you should only use cars with under 300 HP.
So, let's go, my Noisebomb friends, show them that Noisebomb can do more than drifting!

 The Noisebomb Drift Opening Race Day is now finished. I hope you had fun, hopefully it's just the beginning of a race day series.
Congratulations to our two Noisebomb members RaymondChevalier and 1MIG, who totally ruled the PC leaderboard! :) The third place goes to NV Renifer, congrats too.
The Xbox360 and Playstation 3 rankings were pretty left out by Noisebomb members, but nevertheless I want to mention BRWARLOCK who reached the impressive score of 90224 points!

| NFS PS: Career Patch |

 With the Career Patch SAAM007 published another tool, which doesn't unlock any cheatcodes, but adds a bunch of pre-tuned cars to your career. Combined with the Cheatpatch für v1.1 you can have 189 cars in your car lot!
Additionally the career patch gives you the possibility to change your amount of money and to fix the checksums of your career file. Don't forget to backup!

| Noisebomb Race Day - the clock is ticking! |

Our first Noisebomb Race Day is coming to an end. The Drift Opening Race Day only lasts until 1/23/2008 9:00:00 AM (PST), so you have to hurry, if you want to participate. :)
So far, we have some great scores on all platforms and at the moment our Noisebomb member RaymondChevalier is leading the PC rankings.
There is still some time left, so we'll see if he can be kicked off the throne. ;)
Additionally, we've added two new features: One of them already launched yesterday, is the Shoutbox, you can see to your right. Just write, whatever comes into your mind. :)
The second feature is the user profile, which was already quite overdue. Just login with your username and password and you can edit your profile here.
Your userprofile is linked in the rankings and the members listing, but you can share the direct links to your profile as well.
Ok then, good luck with the remaining day of our first Race Day. :)

| NFS PS: New version of the Cheatpatch |

There is a new version of the Cheatpatch for Need for Speed ProStreet v1.1. They update doesn't add any new functionality, but it doesn't need the comdlg32.ocx file any more. Additionally it got a nice new icon and here you can find a list of cars, which can be unlocked by using this tool:

| NFS PS: Noisebomb Drift Opening Raceday! |

Finally our first Community Raceday is online: the Noisebomb Drift Opening Raceday! Show your skills on the Autobahn drift track!
As you may know, the race organisations from Need for Speed ProStreet are being represented by some major NFS fansites. These organisations have their own communities, which challenge each other on the community racedays.
NFS-Planet is representing Noisebomb and we made a special website, where you can login with your NFS-Planet account:

Since YOU are the NFS-Planet Community, I'd suggest you go over to Noisebomb and join...let's show the others what we're made of! :D
The Noisebomb website is still under development, but there will be more features available soon, like a shoutbox and leaderboards, which highlight your names.
