Bandwidth

Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 constrains the maximum number of players who are permitted to join a Public Internet game according to the upstream bandwidth of the Server. This is to ensure that connected players have a good game play experience.
Very low-bandwidth servers are restricted to hosting a 4-player game. Servers with more bandwidth available will be able to host more players, relative to the measured bandwidth. The upper limit is 8 players.
